Vi - No higlight

Many times in Vim I’ve mashed in some random command and the whole screen becomes highlighted and no amount of escaping or more mashing can get rid of it

The simple solution is to run the No Highlight command

Just Esc and then execute

:nohl

and you Vim will go back to normal
